Volunteering at the Food Pantry
The Larchmont Mamaroneck Hunger Task Force is looking for individuals to work
at the Food Pantry on an ongoing or occasional basis. We need your help, but it is important that you contact us before you come! Due to limited space we can only accept a certain number of volunteers at a time. See the different job descriptions below and use the contact information listed if you are interested.


Tuesday mornings

Unloading boxes of food from a truck

WE NEED MUSCLE! We are in desperate need of strong arms and backs on Tuesday mornings to help us unload the trucks delivering food. So forget the gym– come get your workout at the Food Pantry instead! Email Abby if you can help.

Tuesday early evenings

Packing groceries into bags, 5:05 - 6:30pm.

The Food Pantry operates at the Community Resource Center, 134 Center Avenue in Mamaroneck, in the basement. Center Avenue is a one-way street starting at the intersection of Old White Plains Road and Mamaroneck Avenue. Parking is easiest by the bend on Mamaroneck Avenue (walk a half a block up
Center Avenue).
